I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and became interested in Spirituality at a very young age while facing many challenges being on my own at the tender age of 15.  I always had a special relationship with Spirit which I believe has watched over me and protected me from what could have been fatal incidents, including a near death experience.  That is when I realized there was a lot more to life than what I could see.  Although I do not practice any organized religion I believe in a higher power. Call it what you will....we are all connected. 

 

I truly believe that when our mind, body, and spirit are at dis-ease that is what creates diseases in our body. We have all been given the gift of life and I believe that it’s up to us to find that inner gift within ourselves, our purpose....that little seed that was planted at birth can manifest miracles if we listen to the God within. I believe we can all heal ourselves we just have to have the patience, love every part of ourselves, have a positive outlook, live a kind, healthy, and loving life, realizing that a little part of God is within us all.  Remember every day is a gift......
