Chrystal Bed Therapy The Crystal bed has 7 extremely clear and highly polished Vogel cut quartz crystals suspended approximately 12 inches above the person laying on the massage table. Each one of these quartz crystals have been cut to a specific frequency . Colored lights, chosen to match the vibration frequency of the chakra colors, radiate light and energy through the crystals to each respective chakra, (energy centers of the spiritual and physical body) and shines on and off in certain rhythms, and sequences to cleanse, balance, and align your energies. Each crystal is aligned above the chakras. Crystal Bed Therapy is safe and non-invasive. How is a Session Conducted Remove shoes, all jewelry, metal, and crystals. The client lays face up fully clothed (white or light clothing preferred) on a massage table below the suspended crystals, so that each of the 7 crystals aligns to their corresponding chakra.
